When I'm not slaying it in the business world, you can find me spending time with my husband, enjoying a Broadway show, or watching old episodes of the Simpsons.

Surviving & Thriving in the Economic Uncertainty of the Covid-19 Pandemic

I have always been a go-getter - the type of person who would take on any challenge, and I love nothing more than finding new and innovative ways to grow a business. So when the Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2020, I knew we needed to get creative to help his +40-year old company survive.

Fortunately, I have a strong collaborative relationship with the CEO and CRO. We rolled up our sleeves and developed an adaptive marketing plan that would help the company weather the economic storm and grow faster than the market. This last-minute adaptation of the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan increased revenue recognition by 20% and ARR by 25%.

And all the hard work paid off – the growth program helped boost the market capitalization of the company 10-fold, and SQAD was acquired by GTCR.
